1       ABOUT AMAZON ASIA

Amazon Asia is an innovative platform designed to connect agents and members to facilitate the purchase and sale of products. Many of our agents have numerous buyers in regions where Amazon services are unavailable.To efficiently address their needs, our platform employs a unique model:

  • Instead of buying large quantities of products directly—which incurs high import costs, delays, and tax complications—we enable members to place orders through their individual accounts on Amazon Asia.
  • By acting as separate merchants, members help minimize costs and speed up the delivery process.
  • It acts like AutoDs by assigning and fulfilling orders.

2       MEMBER TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Tasks Overview

As a Bronze Member, Party B is required to complete Two sets of tasks, each set comprising 2–3 orders. These tasks are assigned by the system, which evaluates overall task completion ratios

  • Balance Matching: While the system attempts to assign tasks that match Party B's balance, this may not always be possible.
  • Additional Deposit Requirement: If a task with greater requirements is assigned, Party B must deposit the additional required amount to complete the orders.
  • Delayed Deposit Consequences: If Party B delays depositing the additional required amount, merchants may be replaced and higher-balance merchants assigned.

2.2 Completion Requirement

  • All assigned orders within the task set must be completed in full.
  • Failure to complete all assigned tasks will result in forfeiture of Party B's deposit.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Party B must pay 30% of their balance and pending amounts.
  • Cancellation without completion is strongly discouraged.

2.4 Adherence to Guidance

  • Party B must follow instructions provided by Party A's system.
  • Failure to follow instructions is Party B's responsibility.

3       PLATFORM RULES AND CREDIT SCORE

  • Credit score reflects reliability and performance.
  • Failure to complete tasks or delays negatively affect the score.

4       DEPOSIT POLICY

  • Deposits are returned only after successful completion of all orders.
  • Incomplete tasks will not receive refunds.

5       PROFIT GUARANTEE

Party A guarantees a profit of 15%–30% on Party B's deposit amount provided all guidance and tasks are completed correctly.

6       LEGAL PROVISIONS

This agreement is governed under United States law.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under US jurisdiction.
  • Breaches are handled according to applicable laws and regulations.

7       VALIDATION

Both parties are required to digitally sign the agreement.

8       ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT

Both parties are required to digitally sign the agreement.
By signing this Contract, Party B confirms that they:

  • Understand the platform structure and responsibilities.
  • Agree to complete assigned tasks.
  • Accept terms regarding deposits and cancellation policies.
  • Acknowledge the importance of maintaining a high credit score.

Failure to follow the terms may result in penalties, forfeiture of deposits, and suspension from the platform.

This Contract serves as a binding agreement between Party A and Party B.
